Alhtough not a direct descendant of Mary Ann she was my great great aunt [see story under Thomas Crawford]. I have been in contact with several decendants so happy to share information that I have. Mary Ann married James Owen in Tasmania. Mary Ann gave birth to 13 children
They had the following children, all born in Bothwell, Tasmania: Robert James, born 1861; Ellen, born 1862 and died 1862; Sarah, born 1864; and Mary Ann, born 1866.
They moved to Ballarat where the following children were born: Elizabeth, born 1868 and died 1871; James, born 1871; Thomas, born 1874; Hannah, born 1875; George, born 1877 and died 1887; Lois, born 1879; Emma, born 1882; William, born 1884 and died 1888; and John, born 1887.
