I am a ancester of Mary Fogarty who had two children Thomas and Anne they arrived on the lord Auckland in 1849 and Mary's children  i assume were taken from her as she was a convict and they were admitted into an orphan school ive found detail of Thomas but not Anne but would love to get more info on both of them. LIZ
