Frederick Charles Rice married Many Ann Jane East 13 Sep 1877 at St Luke's Church, Campbell Town, Tasmania and he and his wife went on to have 11 children.  Frederick died 6 Nov 1927 at Campbell Town and was buried on the 9 Nov 1927 in the Church of England cemetery at Cleveland, Tasmania with his wife who died 2 Feb 1922.
