Mary (or Mary Ann) Monaghan, born about 1829 was the sister of my gg grandmother, Margaret Monaghan. The sisters and a brother accompanied their widowed mother, Mary Monaghan and aunt Margaret Smith, both of whom were sentenced to 10 years transportation for stealing a cow. They were transported from Dublin by the Mexborough.
