Walter was my great-grandfather, he married Florence Bellette on 26th Jan 1886.
I have a photograph of Walter and Florence and also have a copy of his Death Certificate.
Wonder why he had the name of Dalton when his mother was Catherine McGilvray?
I would like to claim Orphan number 1355 , Walter Dalton as my Second Great Grandfather, based on information obtained in my recent Family Tree research.
I would also like to claim Orphan number 1352, Charles Dalton. If Charles is the Older brother of Walter , as in your records. His Mothers name + Father > * unamed Dalton.
and Mothers , ship > Anna - Maria . all match with details I have discovered recently. thanks Craig Newell. dated 12 feb 2022
