Richard William Albert Elley son of my Gt Gt Grandfather and Grandmother John and Louisa Elley (born Wells).  He was one of five children admitted to the Orphanage - John Elley had deserted Louisa (his wife) in the mid 1850's.  The children's mother Louisa (born Wells) died of consumption on 9th March 1863 aged 41yrs.
