Wiliam George Elley was the son of John and Louisa (born Wells) Elley, my Gt Gt Grandfather and Grandmother.  Their children (5) were admitted to the Q.O.S. when John deserted Louisa in the mid 1850's.  Louisa died on consumption on the 9th of March 1863.  William George is my Gt Grandfather who married twice - firstly to Elizabeth Ogle who died of Typhoid in 1889, secondly 1891 to Elizabeth Cox.  William and E Ogle had 4 children - George (my grandfather), Lillias, Grace and Hobart.
