#2041 Billie George/Thomas was my GG grand-uncle. His mother, Jessie George / Clark, was my Gx3 Grandmother. Billie was a twin to #2040 Jessie. Billie's siblings are #2038 Alfred Henry George, who married Mary Matilda George; #2039 & #5301 Annie George/Thomas later Clark, who married John Neal; #2040 Jessie George/Thomas later Clark, who married William Baker. These kids are also listed on this site.
Billie never married. Research into his life is thus far a mystery. He died relatively young on 30 June 1884 in Beaconsfield, Tasmania.
Ultimately, Jessie made her way to Ringarooma. All her children & families were there as well. This beautiful flower of Scotland with her roots in Jamaica was laid to rest in 1915 in Scottsdale, Tasmania.
