Sarah was my great grandmother. She had her first child, Harry Linton Johnson to Henry Frederick Johnson in 1883.She was unmarried. She later married Thomas Finn when young Harry was about 3 years of age and gave him the "Finn" surname. He would have been none the wiser. Harry Linton Finn was my grandfather. My father was his son Harry Christian Finn. Viv Finn

Sarah was my great grandmother. She was the only of her three siblings (Edith & George), the children of convict Bridget O’Brien for whom I can find any records after the Orphan School. She married another of the Orphan School children Thomas Finn and they raised a family around Tasmania, following the mining of tin in  (including Catamaran near Cockle Creek and Cuprona)
