Margaret married Lubin SLATER on 14th September 1846, O'Brien's Bridge, Tasmania -
12 children (born in either Tasmania or Victoria the majority being born Victoria).

Margaret is my wifes 3rd great grand mother, she married the convict Rueben (Lubin) Slater [it is suggested that Rueben had a speech impediment hence him being recorded as Lubin]. They moved to Brighton Victoria, where they had many children. Lubin died around 1867 and Margaret died in 1899. Their descendants are plentiful. There are many members of the Slater family who have been very successful.
