William was in the orphanage with his sister Emma. Their mother Ann was in Cascade female factory. When the children were put in the orphanage Ann was admitted to Willow court Asylum. As for their father I do not know where he went; just left the children. I do not know what happened to Emma. Willam run away. I do not know where he went to, but he turned up in Sydney somehow marrying in the Garrison Church to an Eliza Hunt who comes from New Norfolk in Tasmania. They have about 8 children and William dies in 1900 and is buried in Mays Hill Cemetary in a unmarked grave.
