I have been doing my family tree and looking for Eliza Rose children who came with her on the Waverley. Amelia was my GG Aunt and her brother Charles was my direct decendent. Amelia left the Ophanage and went to live with her mother and her husband John willams. I claim this orphan Amelia Rose as one of my ancestors
Amelia's mother, Irish convict, Eliza Rose is my GGG Grandmother. She gave birth to Amelia's half brother Charles Rose at the Female Factory in 1845, father unknown. Amelia married and had at least six children. Charles married and had at least ten children.
