Elizabeth Ryles, Ref:swd7,28,cs08/16/553. I believe this is my Great Great Grandmother. her mother was Elizabeth Riley (nee Pearce)
father James Riley, she was born 1834 or 1835 in Campbell Town. Mother died in 1839. Father went away whaling. At age 21 she married Henry Alexander in New Norfolk in 1856 they had 3 children in Tasmania, Henry (Harry), Mary Ann Jane and Albert, then returned to England in 1866 aboard the ship "Royal Standard" a son born on board was called after the captain and the ship " George Winnery Royal Standard Alexander. another child Elizabeth (my Grandmother) was born in England. She married her cousin Joseph Alexander, they had 3 children and moved to Sydney Australia.
