I believe Mary Sullivan is the daughter of James Sullivan and Catherine Bryan (per Arabian) not Byrne. Catherine was transported with one child on board called Mary and this orphan appears to be the only possibility. Next to Catherine's name on her conduct record is "proper name Sullivan". She was a widow. I also don't believe Mary is a half sister to Hugh Quinn, whose parents are listed in the records as Hugh Quinn and Jane Byrne. I am descended from Henry Laskey, who was the child of Catherine Bryan's marriage in Tasmania to the convict Henry Laskey.
