William Allen moved to Sydney. He was a cab driver that had four children; Ethel, Adelaide, William and John with Elizabeth Goldfinch. William and Elizabeth married in 1909, 15 years after Ethel was born. His son William is my grandfather.
On his marriage certificate to Elizabeth, it stated he was a widower. I have no information on this portion of his life.
