Elizabeth Sarah Wilkins was my maternal great-grandmother.  She was born on 10 September 1856 in Port Sorell, Hobart.  Elizabeth was also known as Eliza, Elizabeth Maud and Maud E.  She moved to Sydney in January 1865 with her father, John Thomas Wilkins.  She gave birth to my grandfather, George Alfred Wilkins, in 1876 - father unknown.

Elizabeth married George John Field in 1882 and gave birth to Florence Lillian Field (married name Webber) and Sydney Herbert Field. Elizabeth later married William Mees in 1907 and gave birth to Lillian Harriet Mees (married name Brown).  

Elizabeth died in Sydney on 21 June 1911.
