Julia married Richard ALLEN on 8 May 1832 in Green Ponds, Tasmania. Richard was born on 14 Jul 1800 in Birmingham, Warwickshire, was baptised on 29 Sep 1800 in Birmingham, Warwickshire, died on 21 Oct 1882 in Bothwell, Tasmania aged 82, and was buried in Bothwell Municipal Cemetery General, Bothwell,Tasmania, Australia. They had 12 children: Mary, Julia, Sarah, Catherine, Richard, Matilda, Elsie Elizabeth, Cecilia Jane, Charles Arthur Edward, Arthur Augustus, Annie Maria and Zillah Sophia.
